Grief Is a Natural Process that everyone experiences at some point in their life.


During this time in your life, your soul needs watering. Your seeds and your dreams are deeply rooted, like a tree. Sometimes we just need a little extra love to flow through the waters that promote growth and remind us to stay present and find some connect

Grief Is a Natural Process that everyone experiences at some point in their life.


During this time in your life, your soul needs watering. Your seeds and your dreams are deeply rooted, like a tree. Sometimes we just need a little extra love to flow through the waters that promote growth and remind us to stay present and find some connection or gratitude  in this moment. 


Time does not heal all wounds ~ It’s what one does in the process during that time that promotes healing and moving forward. We’re all uniquely designed in life, so our own grief journey is a unique path, starting right where you are. 

When working through grief, a range of emotions are natural and specific to your personal relationship and/or reawakening of grief due to a previous loss or trauma. 


This is a natural process. The emotions and the way we sit with, process and honor your grief may vary depending on the relationship. There is no handbook, right or wrong; as

Listen to your body, and give yourself permission to feel emotion. Whether it’s feelings of sadness, anger or happiness as you reminisce, be sure not to suppress your emotions. If you need to cry, cry.

  1. Keep a journal, and write down your thoughts and feelings.
  2. Give yourself grace, kindness, gentleness and release. Progress not perfection.
  3. Make sure you have a support  system, group or routine to lean on or work towards forward movement through the first year in finding your personal strength
